FAQ
1. When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Orders placed at Vinicom begin to be prepared after payment confirmation. The delivery time is estimated and always depends on the country where you are located (weekends and holidays are not considered for the delivery time). The order will be delivered to the address you have indicated to us, by the carrier within:
up to 4 days – for mainland Portugal
up to 15 days – Islands
2 to 8 working days – for Europe
For deliveries outside Europe, please contact Vinicom.
Vinicom’s logistics department will send you a confirmation email the day your order is shipped.
The delivery time for orders may be longer than normal in festive seasons such as Christmas, Black Friday and other promotional actions.
2. How can I track my order?
All orders are delivered by our logistics distribution partners. So that you can follow the status of your order, on the day it is shipped, you will be sent an email with the shipping code.
3. Do I have to pay postage?
The shipping offer is valid for purchases over €50. Orders below this amount have a shipping cost of €6. This cost is always communicated to the customer before confirming the purchase.
4. What payment methods do you have available?
You can pay for your order by bank transfer, ATM reference, MB Way, credit card or Paypal.
Payment by bank transfer
If you choose to pay by transfer, you must select the “Bank Transfer” method in the order confirmation process. After completing the order, payment details will be sent to your email (also check the Spam box). You must send proof of transfer to geral@vinicom.pt, mentioning your order number.
Payment by ATM reference
If you chose to pay by ATM reference, you must select the “Easypay MB” option. Payment details will be sent to your email (also check your Spam box). To make the payment, simply select the option “Payment for Purchases and Services” and enter the data indicated in the email. You must send proof of transfer to geral@vinicom.pt, mentioning your order number.
Payment by MB Way
To pay with MB Way, simply select “Easypay MB Way” and enter your mobile phone number at the time of purchase. You will automatically receive a request in the application to authorize the payment, which will be immediately debited from the card.
Payment by credit card
To pay using this method, simply select the “Easypay CC” option. In a few seconds, you will be directed to a secure page, where you will be able to enter your data to make the payment.
Payment by PayPal
You can pay for your order through the PayPal payment system, by selecting the “PayPal” option. At the end of your order, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure website. If you are already a PayPal customer, just log in to your PayPal account and confirm your payment. If you are a new customer, you can quickly create an account and add your payment method to complete your purchase.
All orders have a maximum payment period of 48 hours.
The invoice-receipt will be delivered together with the order. If you prefer to receive it by email, you must indicate this information to us at the time of ordering.
5. Is there a minimum order?
Products are sold in boxes of 3 or 6 bottles. There is no minimum quantity per order.
6. What do I do if my order is damaged?
As nossas encomendas são devidamente embaladas e acondicionadas.
Our orders are properly packaged.However, we recommend that, upon receipt of the order, you check that everything is fine with it. If you detect any anomaly, do not accept the order. You must record the reason for the return on the transport note that accompanies the order and take a picture of the package. Then you should contact us by email, sending an email to geral@vinicom.pt or by phone to (+351) 219 104 650, from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5.30 pm.
